Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday,  10:00 AM  to 8:00 PM.

FROM ROUTE 4 EAST:  Stay in the right lane. Follow the sign that says Saddle River Road and we will be on the right hand side, immediately after “Gotham City” Diner. The office building is white with tinted windows and has a big sign that says “Bella Physical Therapy” above the parking lot.

 

FROM ROUTE 17: Take Route 17 to Route 4 West. You are going to take the 33^rd Street U-Turn. (This is the U-Turn located across from the Dunkin Donuts.) Once you are on Route 4 East Stay in the right lane. Follow the sign that says Saddle River Road and we will be on the right hand side, immediately after Gotham City Diner. The office building is white with tinted windows and has a big sign that says “Bella Physical Therapy” above the parking lot.

 

FROM ROUTE 208 NORTH: Take the Plaza Road exit, at the end of the exit make a right turn. Go to the 2^nd traffic light, which will be Route 4 (Broadway). Make a left turn onto Route 4 East. Stay in the right lane. The road will split, immediately after Gotham City Diner (yellow building). The office building is white with tinted windows and has a big sign that says “Bella Physical Therapy” above the parking lot.

 

FROM ROUTE 208 SOUTH: Take the Plaza Road exit and at the end of the exit make a right turn. Go to the 2^nd traffic light, which will be Route 4 (Broadway). Make a left turn onto Route 4 East. Stay in the right lane. The road will split. Follow the sign that says Saddle River Road and we will be on the right side, immediately after Gotham City Diner. The office building is white with tinted windows and has a big sign that says “Bella Physical Therapy” above the parking lot.

 

TO AVOID HIGHWAYS ON YOUR WAY BACK TO ROUTE 4W/BOADWAY: Stay in the right lane and head East on Broadway for approximately 250 feet until you reach Zero Twenty Four Gas Station. Turn right into the Gas Stations and pass through it onto Blue Hill Avenue. Stay on Blue Hill Avenue for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn Right onto Sycamore Drive. Stay on Sycamore Drive for approximately 0.6 miles. Turn right onto Yeger Road.  Stay on Yerger Road for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left at Broadway/NJ-4.
